Affordable Apartment Homes
Central @ 29 is proud to offer quality apartments at an affordable price through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. If your household income falls within the limits listed below, you may qualify for these reduced rents. Contact the Community Management Team for more information on specific eligibility and assistance applying. Housing Vouchers are welcome.Minimum Income
The minimum annual income for the household must exceed 2.5x the unit's set rent amount.
Minimum income requirements do not apply to voucher holders. (Section 8, VASH, etc.)

Maximum Income
The maximum income is determined based on the Area Median Income (AMI) and the household size. Income limits are reviewed and updated each year, typically between April and June.
